Every Thursday at 6:30pm @TBH, Rev. Terry and Susan McClure facilitate a meditation PRACTICE group. And it is exactly what it sounds like… it’s to practice and gain confidence in a variety of easy to follow meditation techniques. This is perfect for beginners - and lovely for experienced meditators alike.
