12 Powers Yoga Meditation
Wednesdays, 7/15, 22, and 29 at 6:00pm

This class is a meditation using the Unity 12 Powers and the 12 positions of the yoga sun salutation. The class will begin with a series of warm up positions. Each meditation is based on the message behind each posture and as it relates to each Unity power. The positions will be held for a moment on the words of each mediation. The class ends with savasana which is a time to relax, reflect, and breathe.

No yoga experience needed and you can choose the style that fits your ability. If you think you would prefer the yoga on the floor, bring a yoga mat if you have one.

There is a maximum capacity for 6 mats and 12 chairs, so please regsiter in advance for each class.
