A New Chapter in My Life
As we get older, we start to lose our abilities; we slow down, get more aches and pains and it becomes easy to moan and groan about our ailments. This leads to grief over our losses. Once we accept we are changing we can begin to create a new chapter of our life. We’ll discuss strategies to keep us growing and alive.

What Happens to Our Soul After We Die?
We will delve into Michael Newton’s provocative book, Journey of Souls, Life Between Lives. Listening to the words people used in sessions, we will explore what it is like to go through the first two stages called Death and Departure & Gateway to the Spirit World. Michael Newton, PhD, is a counseling psychologist and master hypnotherapist with 30 years’ experience in his field.
