Forgive Old Hurts and Age Enjoyably

As we grow older we tend to review our life, what worked for us, what didn’t work for us. Sometimes we discover old hurts that we are still feeling and that are still impacting our lives. We will explore a strategy to forgive old hurts and share strategies others have used to forgive themselves or others and open their heart to joy.
