Dear Friends,
The point of any spiritual endeavor, in my opinion, is to know our Oneness with the Divine and humanity. The path toward that end is to tame the ego self and let it be led by the spiritual wisdom that is inherent within us. It takes perseverance and faith to be on this journey, mostly because we don’t really know the future.
Joseph Campbell wrote, “We’re in a freefall into the future. We don’t know where we’re going. Things are changing so fast, and always when you’re going through a long tunnel, anxiety comes along. And all you have to do to transform your hell into a paradise is to turn your all into a voluntary act. It’s a very interesting shift of perspective and that’s all it is.” . . .
