The Multicultural Service Center supports immigrant and refugee families through education, workforce development, youth programs, and cultural connection. Their work creates pathways of dignity, opportunity, and belonging.

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

  • Tutoring & Academic Support — assisting youth and adults with homework, literacy, and English language learning.

  • Conversation Partners — practicing conversational English while building meaningful relationships.

  • Community Event Volunteers — helping with cultural celebrations and outreach events.

  • Program & Front Desk Support — assisting with childcare during classes, hospitality, and program coordination.

  • Interpretation & Translation Support — for multilingual volunteers helping families access services.

How to Begin Serving:

  3. Attend orientation and placement matching
